— About

What is Acro Dance?

Acro is a unique dance style that blends classical dance technique with acrobatic movement. Unlike traditional gymnastics, Acro emphasizes graceful transitions, musicality, flexibility, and performance while teaching skills through a structured, progressive curriculum.

Students develop strength, body control, and confidence as they safely learn skills such as rolls, bridges, cartwheels, handstands, walkovers, and more. Every skill is introduced at the appropriate level, allowing dancers to grow at their own pace while celebrating each milestone.

Whether your child dreams of mastering new tricks or simply wants to become stronger and more confident, Acro offers an exciting challenge that complements every other style of dance.

Depending on their level, dancers may learn rolls, bridges, cartwheels, handstands, walkovers, limbers, aerial progressions, and more.
